Quality Compliance Manager – National Role
Our Client is a highly successful national building contractor. They are seeking a Quality Compliance Manager. The role is a National Role, offering support to each of the regional businesses, although the base of the operation would be in the West Midlands.
The successful applicant will be part of a strategic management team, where you would be responsible for developing the Quality Plan for the business.
Applicants would be responsible for Quality on multiple sites, involvement and interaction with site teams, carrying out inductions, identifying areas of development and training for staff and improving efficiency on sites. Applicants should have a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills.
