Business Development Manager required for a satellite role in within in the South West and South Wales Region. This company are a leading housing regeneration group have established a strong track record in both social housing refurbishment and new build work
They are one of the most successful players in its chosen field of affordable housing. There is still not enough social housing to meet demand and the government remains committed to building more affordable housing and improving the existing stock. They are well positioned within a relatively buoyant market, where public funds continue to be committed.
The purpose of this role is to promote their business and generate sales. You will create business strategies, undertake relevant market research, build sustainable relationships with Customers liaising with them at all times, track enquiries and ultimately win work.
The pay scale for this role is up to £45,000 and will include a competitive package with a generous bonus scheme.
