- My client is a leading main contractor with experience of working on high profile schemes across most sectors including healthcare, education, commercial and retail. They have recently secured a multi-million pound contract in south Wales to build a prison and require an experienced individual to co-ordinate the M&E services.
Ideally electrically biased (although not a pre-requisite) you will have worked on multi-million pound services installations, preferably in the custodial sector. Day to day you will be managing M&E contractors, liaising with design teams (there is a strong design element to the role), chairing and attending meetings and generally managing the M&E programme.
