Land Manager - South Derbyshire
Our Client is one of the largest privately owned house builders in the UK. They have a requirement for an experienced Land Manager to develop the land profile for the South Midlands Region.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the entire procurement process, including sourcing, financial planning appraisal, progressing to final purchase and liaison with all relevant disciplines from planning through to the construction phase.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in identifying land opportunities within the house-building sector through the cultivation of a network of sources as well as a current and concise knowledge of the strategic planning and local authority development control criteria.
