Project Manager – National Projects
Our Client is a privately owned national design & build contractor. They are at the forefront of sustainable construction and are the future of modern contracting, The company specialise in the construction of distribution, industrial and office/commercial buildings on a fast track basis.
Due to recent contract success they are seeking to recruit a Project Manager. Applicants should have a proven track record with a medium to large sized contractor and have experience with the delivery of building schemes ranging between £5 Million and £15 Million in value.
Skills should include – Good Commercial Awareness, Design Management Skills, H&S Training, Good Building Qualifications, Trade/Engineering background, Good Value Engineering Skills, Tender Knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
