Our Client is seeking a Site Based Commercial Manager. The company are a National Building Contractor who work on Government, Healthcare, Aviation, Commercial, Education, Industrial, Retail and Custodial Schemes. Project values range from £20m through to £750m
They are seeking a commercial manager to take commercial responsibility for a £45m PFI scheme in the West Midlands, managing a commercial team of 5.
