My client is one of the leading Environmental Building Services Consultancy Practices in the UK, providing sustainable Building Services engineering to a wide range of market sectors. They are currently looking for a BREEAM Assessor for their busy West Midlands office.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and adaptable in BREEAM. The ideal candidate will have a BSc/BEng (or equivalent) in an Environmental/Building Services or related discipline. You will be licensed on at least one BREEAM scheme and have good BREEAM assessment experience.

Your roles and responsibilities will include;

• Producing BREEAM Pre assessments, Design Stage assessments and Post Contract assessments to a high level of quality.
• Providing clients with good early advice to ensure appropriate credits are committed to and the implications and actions understood by all relevant parties .
• Monitoring credits achieved on an ongoing basis to ensure that targeted credits are achieved.
