Project Manager required for an immediate start on a Decent Homes scheme in the East Midlands area. This role is a temp to permanent opportunity and can guarantee an applicant a very long contract.

It is vital you have previous decent homes experience including kitchen and bathroom upgrades and also exposed to carbon reduction ECO schemes such as external wall insulation, boiler repairs and window replacements.

As this role is for a Main Contractor, you will need to have worked in a Contracting environment out on site managing streams and production workforce. There will be a lot of liaison with the client holding regular update meetings reporting on progress and budgets.
