This leading international consultancy with offices across the world are actively looking for a Project Manager to be part of their specialist residential team.

They role will involve preparing scopes of work, appointment documents, programmes, and communication strategies. You will give advice on procurement, construction plans and particular conditions. Preparing and evaluating the contractor and consultant selection process. Give the client the understanding and commenting on documentation, including consultant appointment, Chairing meetings, providing commentary to valuations, cost reports, drawings and specifications.

You will report into an Associate PM of the Business Unit and you will ideally be APM and/or MCIOB qualified. Have experience across Residential and Commercial sectors and the ability to work well with others with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
