Following recent contract success, my client has a need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £50m Educational scheme in the West Midlands.

The business has a strong brand, both locally and nationally. The west midlands division
has a strong reputation in the delivery of quality building projects for both private and public sector clients. Sectors of work include, Education, Leisure, Accommodation and Custodial.

Applicants should have commercial experience of managing building schemes in excess of £20m. Experience of Educational schemes is essential for this particular role

Applicants must have excellent computer skills, excellent commercial awareness and good organisational skills. The ability to lead and control are important qualities the successful candidate must possess
Qualifications: CSCS, Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar. It would be an advantage, however not essential for applicants to hold an industry recognised professional membership.
