A leading retail contractor is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to manage new build and refurbishment projects for a number of national retailers.

Due to the nature of the work candidates MUST have acted as a number one Site Manager for one of the major food retail brands.

Duties include;

•Overall management and responsibility for all Site Management duties
•Daily management of all direct and indirect site staff
•Health and Safety management
•Quality control management
•Commercially aware
•Reporting of project status, internally and to the client
•Lead client/client representative contact for the duration of the project
•Management of material ordering and reconciliation
•Over all planning and programming
•Internal and external progress reporting
•General administrative duties
•Liaison with statutory bodies and design team members
•Support and liaison with all other site and/or office based disciplines
