Developing a career in construction recruitment at PSR

Recently appointed Head of People Development, Franc Petrini delivered his inaugural management training session this month.  PSR directors and managers were given fresh insight and inspiration into how to increase their own and their teams’ productivity by boosting synergy within their teams.

The session forms part of a new programme of career development that Franc is championing for our growing team of recruitment specialists. We’re really excited about what this means both for our existing teams and anyone looking to forge a successful career in construction recruitment with us.

Following positive feedback received from the senior management team after the training session, each member of our team can look forward to continuing their Talent Development Roadmap throughout their time with PSR.

Career Development

Regardless of entry-level, when joining PSR, our personnel receive a structured recruitment training and development programme from recruitment basics right through to our director-level management programme, Precision Leadership. Once through the six-month modular induction programme our recruitment consultants attend various career workshops throughout the year that focus on essential elements such as negotiation, behavioural styles, reducing conflict and building stronger relationships. Leaders further develop their key skills to maximise on the high performance of their recruitment teams.

We continuously asses our overall performance as well as our teams’ which ensures we offer a robust and dynamic training solution to always deliver the very best level of service to clients and candidates alike.
