PSR are pleased to announce the launch of our new specialist Engineering sector.
2018 saw PSR yet again achieve substantial business growth, 22% up on the previous year. Sustaining this level of growth, we have not only been able to further our staff intake, but also add to the current seven sectors we place for.
In-line with our continued business growth and in accordance with Managing Director James Sanders’ 10-year business plan, we felt as a business we had the right personnel to establish our new Engineering sector.
The Team
Sourcing a team with a mixture of experience and immense drive, we have hired two individuals with the goal of replicating our industry leading recruitment service for Engineering.

Michelle Heard, Team Leader for the division, possessed over 7 successful years recruiting specifically for Clients and Candidates within the Engineering space, making her the perfect leader to launch our new division.
Assisting Michelle in her operations is Recruitment Consultant Jack Brown, who has been specialising in Engineering for over a year now. See his journey thus far.
The team tailor their approach to individual needs and draw on extensive sector knowledge to help candidates and clients excel, building longstanding relationships along the way. Coupled with a national reach with localised knowledge and talent pools.
