I specialise in sourcing candidates for the Build Trades and Labour sector at PSR. I believe we must understand the long-term goal of the candidate, so we can find the best client fit for them. My work ethic of finding valuable candidates in a short time-frame is how I preferably like to work in the fast-paced environment of recruitment as it constantly keeps me busy. I always insure to have quality calls with all my candidates making sure they are happy with the projects they are working on and making sure they always stay in work.

Within my role I make it my priority to supply suitable candidates to my clients as well as making sure all compliance is adhered to. Also I make it a high priority that all my candidates are paid on time and correctly as this is crucial to them as we want to keep them happy when working for our company as it is our desire to deliver the best possible service to our clients and candidates so that they continue using us time and again.
