Administrator
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to be based near Sevenoaks, Kent. The organisation is a building contractor who has an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes across the South East.
Procurement Administrator roles and responsibilities:
- Providing assistance and support to the commercial team
- Provide excellent administrative support to the Directors including; diary and inbox management, organisation of filing (both electronic and paper), minute taking and drafting of emails and letters in addition to other general administrative duties
- Prepare files and folders prior to commencement of any new projects
- Manage and maintain paper and electronic filing system to include AI's, CSI's, RFI's and Q&A's in conjunction with the Project Director and Quantity Surveyor
- Distribution of information required to site teams
Procurement Administrator requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
- Organised
Procurement Administrator benefits:
- Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 (DOE)
- Pension contribution
- 33 days holiday/year
