Your Role:
As the Document Controller / Site Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for organizing, managing, and distributing key project documents. You'll ensure smooth operations on-site by maintaining accurate records, supporting the site team, and keeping documentation up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all project documents, drawings, and reports
- Ensure the right teams have access to the latest versions of documents
- Track approvals, compliance records, and quality assurance documentation
- Organise and maintain a structured digital and physical filing system
- Assist with administrative tasks, site reports, and team coordination
- Support the project team with document retrieval and control software (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, Procore).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in document control or site administration within construction
- Familiarity with document management systems and compliance tracking
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a site team
- Knowledge of high-rise / residential projects is a plus!
