We have an opportunity available for an Office Administrator candidate commencing 10/08/2019. This position will be a short term role working for a period of 3 months.

The ideal Office Administrator will be:

Daily duties for an Office Administrator will be:

  • Next day routing
  • Handling phone calls/e-mails efficiently
  • Same day delivery bookings
  • Reporting
  • Order Processing
  • Updating records and spread sheet
  • Excellent customer service by both telephone and e-mail is mandatory for this position.
