PSR Solutions are recruiting for an Administrator to work in the Head Office for a leading contractor who specialise in infrastructure across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to operational teams, including answering calls and emails
- Raising & closing contracts, asset transfers and contract amendments using the hire management software (InspHire)
- Confirming x-hires by liaising with Suppliers and using suppliers' extranets
- Continuously review live reports and supplier extranets to ensure software is up to date at all times.
- Develop positive relationships within the company and supply chain personnel
- Running Reports
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Relevant experience within an office environment is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and work with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- Proven IT Skills with experience of Microsoft Office.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
