Job description

PSR Solutions are recruiting for an Administrator to work in the Head Office for a leading contractor who specialise in infrastructure across the UK and Ireland.


  • Administrative support to operational teams, including answering calls and emails
  • Raising & closing contracts, asset transfers and contract amendments using the hire management software (InspHire)
  • Confirming x-hires by liaising with Suppliers and using suppliers' extranets
  • Continuously review live reports and supplier extranets to ensure software is up to date at all times.
  • Develop positive relationships within the company and supply chain personnel
  • Running Reports

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • Relevant experience within an office environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and work with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
  • Proven IT Skills with experience of Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
