PSR is a specialist construction and civil engineering recruiter. We are working with an SME main contractor, that has secured a number of projects this year. We have been asked to source an Assistant Project Manager to be part of project teams in the Yorkshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career, who is seeking exposure to a number of elements of Project Management. You could be working on education, residential, commercial or public sector works
Candidates are expected to have experience on site, working as either an Assistant Project Manager/ Site Manager/ Site Engineer
Duties Include:
- Liaising and co-ordinating with Site Managers on site
- O&M Manuals
- Assisting with Procurement
- Assisting with Programming
- Health & Safety paperwork
- Assisting with Tenders
- Liaising with sub-contractors
- Organising labour
Qualifications
- HNC in construction related qualification or above
Salary & Package
The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on an individuals experience. Candidates whom have undertaken a similar role previously, with an equivalent contractor should be able to achieve the higher end of the salary bracket
