PSR are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable client within the South Yorkshire area. They are looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team on a salary basis.

As Assistant Project Manager, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects of varying value and complexity, with projects ranging in value from £100k to £1m. This will provide the opportunity to fulfil your potential and career goals while being part of an established company. The successful applicant will receive mentorship, training and guidance from their line manager, with opportunity to advance their career to Project Management level.

Duties

• Establish and monitor key stages of the construction programme working alongside Contracts Manager
• Ensure all necessary approvals are in place to allow the project to progress without risk
• Attend meetings with Site Team, Clients and Sub Contractors
• Maintain progress reports

Experience

• Ideally a construction related qualification to either HNC level or above
• Excellent people skills
• Construction experience
