Job description

PSR Solutions are a specialist construction, civil engineering and residential build recruitment business. We are currently working with a residential property development company who are looking to add to their team by the appointment of a Assistant Site Manager.

Your role will be to assist and when required, deputise for the Site Manager to effectively motivate, support and manage the site based team, ensuring that the required health, safety and environmental performance standards are achieved. To achieve the programme and quality requirements.

Responsibilities Include

  • Ensure compliance with the company's health & safety and environmental policies & procedures.
  • Maintain all statutory records on a daily/weekly basis as required.
  • Action items raised by the Contracts Manager, Site Manager, Sales or Customer Care.
  • Participate in daily talks with the team to prioritise workloads.
  • In conjunction with the Site Manager, complete PPQA checklists accurately and return to the regional office on a weekly basis.
  • Regularly walk all areas of the site to observe general standards of health and safety and take remedial action as appropriate.
  • Carry out pre-occupation checks on all properties prior to handover.

Your Experience

My client is looking for an Assistant who can come in and hit the ground running. Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager for a housing developer is essential.
