Graduate / Junior Building Services Engineer Role: We are seeking a motivated Graduate/Junior Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the building services industry, contributing to a wide range of exciting projects while developing your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will be a visiting engineer and will need to be able to visit sites in Nottingham, Derby, East Midlands and adhoc Sheffield.

Graduate / Junior Building Services Engineer Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of building services systems, including mechanical, electrical, and public health services.
• Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Support the team in ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and client requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor installations and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to forward-thinking designs

Graduate / Junior Building Services Engineer Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the building services industry with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit is advantageous but not essential (training will be provided).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
