Building Services Manager opportunity to work for an International Global Construction giant with much emphasis on Healthcare. Working in Shropshire. This Building Services Manager will manage a major Healthcare scheme and have full autonomy to manage the MEP packages and sub-contractors.

This is an exciting position for this Building Services Manager to take the lead on this project and future projects from cradle to grave.

You will be responsible for

• Project management and co-ordination the M&E Installation
• MEP design reviews and working with design consultants
• Attending all site and client meetings
• Managing the progress and programme of the project's delivery in particular M&E.
• To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE
• Full management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant agencies
• Health and Safety input and supervision
• Quality
• Building Services Management
• Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project
• Working closely with the Construction and MEP Team

Benefits

£65,000- £70,000 + Car allowance + Benefits
