Building Services Manager opportunity to work for a long-standing national contractor that prides itself elite within the residential, education and leisure sectors. This Building Services Manager will be working for a client based in Warwickshire and most businesses south of this county. It would be advantageous that this Building Services Manager has worked for a principal contractor and also on projects in excess of £30m

This is an exciting position for this BSM to take a lead on projects from cradle to grave

You will be responsible for

• Project management and co-ordinating the M&E Installation
• MEP design reviews and working with design consultants
• Pre-Construction
• Attending all site and client meetings
• Managing the progress and programme of the project's delivery in particular M&E.
• To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE
• Full management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant agencies
• Health and Safety input and supervision
• Quality
• Building Services Management
• Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project
