Building Services Manager, mechanically biased required working for cash rich client. Yo will be overseeing projects across Reading, London and Oxford. Great opportunity for someone who is self motivated, driven and organised

This is an exciting position, and we would also be interested in hearing Senior Mechanical Project Managers or Mechanical Contracts Manager should you not have experience working for a main contractor.

You will be responsible for

• Project management
• MEP design reviews and working with design consultants
• Managing the MEP Team
• Managing 2-3 projects at any one time
• Attending all site and client meetings
• Managing the progress and programme of the project's delivery in particular M&E.
• To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE
• Full management and selection of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant external / internal agents
• Health and Safety input at a strategic level
• Quality
• Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project and working close with the commercial team
