We're on the lookout for a Contracts Manager to join the ranks of a well-established and highly respected building contractor, known for their thriving maintenance division. They don't just fix problems-they stop them in their tracks. Their mission? To prevent minor issues from snowballing into costly catastrophes.

What they do best:

• Delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services with precision

• Specialising in minor works that keep properties ticking

• Taking ownership of hard FM responsibilities, ensuring critical systems like:

  • Fire Alarms

  • Intruder Alarms

  • Emergency Lighting

  • …and more, are always fully operational
