Passive Fire Contracts Manager - London
PSR Solutions are currently assisting a leading specialist contractor in their search for a Contracts Manager on London schemes.
This opportunity is working in their passive fire division. This would be a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a site management position within passive fire.
Job Role: Contracts Manager (Passive Fire)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + package (DOE)
Location: London (mixture of site and office based)
Contracts Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments on contractual agreements and identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project objectives.
- Overseeing works on several sites.
Contracts Manager Person Specification:
- Strong knowledge of passive fire regulations & products.
- Proven experience in a similar role in the fire safety industry (Site/Project Management, Site Supervisor, etc).
