Project Director - Berkshire
We are currently assisting reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Project Director in Berkshire.
Our client specialise in education, health care, commercial, retail & leisure schemes.
You will be overseeing multiple projects from £30million - £100million+.
Job role: Project Director
Salary: £95,000 - £110,000 + package (Depending on experience)
Location: Berkshire and surrounding areas
Project Director responsibilities:
- Monitoring build progress and ensuring project quality.
- Overseeing the completion of multiple schemes, ensuring it meets programme & safety standards.
- Meeting with stakeholders, clients and senior site teams to report on project progress.
- Managing Project Manager's and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams.
Project Director Knowledge and skills:
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience as a Contracts Manager/Project Director.
- Managed projects from £50million+.
