Project Manager - Central London
We are currently assisting a reputable medium sized subcontractor in their search for a Project Manager.
This opportunity is working on a residential scheme in central London.
The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry/fit out experience.
Job role: Project Manager
Rate: £310 - £325/day
Location: Vauxhall, London
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing, 1 year+
Project Manager responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise
- Liaising with client and providing updates on works being done
Project Manager Knowledge and skills:
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong carpentry/joinery/fit out experience for a subcontractor
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card
