Position: Project Manager
At PSR we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work for a Tier 1 Main contractor based in the East Midlands. Projects include Health care, Education and High rise, Valued up to £80m.
What will you be responsible for as a Project Manager:
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering high quality projects across a variety of sectors.
Your day to day will include:

Plan the entire project deliver to meet contractual and industry standards.

Organise the resources so that suitable resources are available to deliver the project on time and defect free.

Organise resources and the activities of staff to maximise financial and commercial returns.
- Coordinate with the commercial staff to ensure the resources, supply chain and contractual opportunities can be utilised to maximise returns.
- Monitor safety on site and feedback learnings into the business
What are we looking for in a Project Manager:
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
- You have a track record of delivery projects up to £60m in value
- The ability to build and maintain client relationships
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Plus addition benefits.
