Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee the delivery of an industrial steel frame shed project in Bishop's Stortford. The ideal candidate will have strong construction project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to coordinate contractors, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the construction of a steel frame industrial shed from start to completion

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site operations

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Ensure health and safety compliance across the site

Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders

Resolve issues promptly to keep the project on track
Requirements:

Previous experience managing industrial or steel frame construction projects

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

Strong understanding of UK construction regulations and H&S standards
