Rate: £160 - £175 per day

The Role:

As the bridge between students and the site team, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with residents - keeping them informed about ongoing works and ensuring a smooth process.
• Arranging move-outs - helping students vacate their accommodation temporarily while works are carried out.
• Coordinating with contractors - ensuring they have the access and information needed to complete work efficiently.
• Problem-solving on the go - handling queries and resolving any issues that arise.

What We're Looking For:

• A confident and approachable communicator who can build relationships easily.
• Experience in resident liaison, customer service, or similar roles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
