£14-£16 per hour | 12-week contract (immediate start) | Full driving licence required
We're looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a leading social housing team in Hull, supporting residents through repairs, maintenance, capital works, and retrofit projects.
You'll be the friendly face on site - keeping residents informed, helping with queries, and ensuring every project runs smoothly.
What we're looking for:

Experience in a customer-facing role

Resilient, with strong communication and negotiation skills

Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
