Roofing Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Roofing Supervisor to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled roofing professional with leadership experience to step into a long-term role with a growing company.

🔨 About the Role:

You'll be responsible for supervising complete re-roofing projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency across residential and commercial sites.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate roofing teams on-site
• Ensure all works are completed to specification, on time and within budget
• Maintain strict health & safety standards
• Liaise with clients, site managers, and suppliers
• Conduct quality checks and report progress

🧰 Requirements:

• Proven experience in complete re-roofing projects
• Valid SSSTS certification
• First Aid at Work qualification
• CSCS card (valid and in date)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret roofing plans and specifications
• Full UK driving licence preferred
