Responsibilities as a Senior Site Manager:
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team for a Tier 1 main contractor, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
- Demonstrate good financial knowledge
- Ensure site records are maintained
- Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Working on projects valued from £2M to £40M
Senior Site Manager role requirements:
- Previous experience in the Construction industry
- Hold the relevant certifications I.e., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
- Have experience working on Schools, Higher Education, Health care and Office Projects
Senior Site Manager Benefits:
- Salary £55,000 - £65,000
- Car Allowance or Company Car
- Health care + Additional Benefits.
