Position: Freelance Site Manager (Mechanical bias)
Rate: £280 - £300/day
Location: Watford, Herts

PSR Solutions are currently assisting a specialist contractor in their search for a No 1 Site Manager on a decarbonisation scheme in Watford. The ideal candidate will have mechanical, electrical and roofing experience.
Site Manager responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise.
- Updating client on the project and working to programme.
Site Manager Knowledge and skills:
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in construction management.
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card.
- Knowledge & experience within mechanical, electrical & roofing.
