Site Manager/Project Manager- Passive Fire

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Passive Fire Door Supervisor/Site Manager to Join a Passive Fire door Specialist, Q Mark accredited Specialising In Passive Fire Protection Services Including Fire Door Installation, Maintenance & Fire Compartmentation.

The successful candidate will provide consistent high quality support and assistance to the Operations Team.
The main duties within this position include; assisting the Contracts Manager and Project Managers in the delivery of multiple projects across Dorset, liaising with clients, organising site operatives, overseeing project programmes, health and safety and quality control.

This is a demanding role requiring excellent organisational and communication skills and an ability to work within a busy environment. A flexible approach is key, as well as being assertive and using initiative.

Experienced Passive Fire Specialists who are looking to progress their career into Site Management and Project Management are also encouraged to apply.

Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
· Managing both small works and projects up to £500k
· Manage trades and subcontractors
· Project team
· Client liaison during live site
· Track and monitor client variations
· Ability to review and follow program construction works
· Able to review drawings of all disciplines
· Take responsibility for H&S on site - review and implement RAMS/Toolbox talks etc


Additional
· Good organisation skills
· Good communication skills
· High level of IT ability. ( Word / Email / Excel / Microsoft Projects)

CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness Certificates advantageous
