Freelance Site Manager - Renowned Developer

PSR Solutions is partnering with a renowned residential developer on an exciting project in the Warrington area. They are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join the team end of January/start February

Role:

Manage day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, and schedules.
Ensure safety compliance and high-quality standards.
Coordinate with the project team, architects, and surveyors.

Requirements:

Proven experience with tier one residential developers.
Strong construction knowledge and site management skills.
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid cards
Right to work in the UK.
