Site Manager - North London
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Site Manager on a £4million education scheme in North London.
This opportunity is working for a medium-sized main contractor who operate nationwide.
Other projects are within the commercial, retail, residential and education sectors, up to £15million in value.
Job role: Site Manager
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: Haringey, North London
Site Manager responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise
Site Manager Knowledge and skills:
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
- Education project experience
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card
- Minimum of 2 references
