The Role:
Oversee new-build education & healthcare projects from start to finish
Manage subcontractors, site teams & ensure project delivery on time & budget
Ensure health & safety regulations are met
Work closely with clients, ensuring high standards are maintained
What We're Looking For:
Experience in new-build education or healthcare projects
Background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
Strong knowledge of DFE frameworks
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certified
