Are you a hands-on General Site Manager with a keen eye for detail and a knack for delivering projects efficiently? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee validation surveys on a social housing scheme in Manchester.
The Role
As the General Site Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating validation surveys across occupied social housing properties.
- Liaising with survey teams, subcontractors, and housing representatives to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring health & safety compliance is upheld at all times.
- Problem-solving on-site issues and keeping the project on track and within scope.
- Reporting progress and findings to the project team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within social housing or refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of validation surveys, compliance, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with tenants, survey teams, and stakeholders.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (essential).
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to delivering projects efficiently.
