We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Site Manager to oversee a social housing refurbishment scheme across multiple occupied properties in the Manchester area.
You'll be working for a reputable contractor who's got a strong pipeline of decent homes and internal upgrade work.
Your Role:

Managing trades across multiple homes
-
Overseeing kitchen & bathroom replacements, rewires, minor repairs

Liaising with tenants, housing officers & site teams
-
Ensuring health & safety, quality control, and progress updates

Keeping works on programme and to spec
What You Need:
-
Experience in occupied refurbishments (ideally social housing)
-
Strong communication & tenant liaison skills
-
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
-
A proactive, get-stuck-in attitude
