Position: Freelance Site Manager
Rate: £280 - £300/day

PSR Solutions are currently assisting a medium-sized contractor who are seeking a Site Manager to be based on a fit-out project in Hatfield Peverel, Essex. Our client specialise in new build & refurb projects within the commercial and industrial sectors.
Site Manager responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise.
- Updating client on the project and working to programme.
Site Manager Knowledge and skills:
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in construction management.
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card.
- Strong knowledge and experience within internals and fit out/refurb projects.
