About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple reroofing projects across Plymouth. Working with a respected social housing contractor, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations for reroofing works.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Monitor progress against programme and budget.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Liaise with clients, residents, and internal teams to maintain excellent communication.
- Ensure all works meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within roofing or social housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site management best practices.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential).
- Full UK driving licence.
