Freelance Site Manager - Office Fit Out (London Bridge)
Location: London Bridge, London
Contract Type: Freelance / Immediate Start
Duration: Until end of December 2025
Day Rate: £270 per day
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an office fit-out project based in London Bridge. The successful candidate will take immediate responsibility for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractors.

Ensure health & safety compliance and site cleanliness at all times.

Liaise with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth progress.

Manage site documentation, including RAMS, progress reports, and snagging lists.

Coordinate deliveries, materials, and logistics.
-
Maintain high-quality standards and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing office fit-out or commercial interiors projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
-
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
-
Excellent knowledge of H&S and construction site processes.
-
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions on-site.

Immediate availability.
