We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a solid roofing background - someone who can lead from the front, manage complex roofing packages, and deliver excellence on every project.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations on large-scale façade and roofing projects

• Managing trades, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Upholding the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and workmanship

• Liaising closely with clients, project managers, and design teams

• Driving progress on specialist roofing systems from start to finish

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in flat and pitched roofing systems, including:

  • Flat Roofing: Built-Up Felt (BUR), Liquid-Applied Systems, Single Ply Membranes (PVC), Hot Melt, Mastic Asphalt, Inverted Roofs

  • Pitched Roofing: Slate, Clay & Concrete Tile, Metal, Shingle, Profiled & Standing Seam Systems, Fibre Cement Sheeting

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate site teams

• Excellent communication and organisational ability

• A background within facades, cladding, or roofing projects is essential
