We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high‑quality fit‑out project in Reading starting this February. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident in managing trades, and committed to delivering projects to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live fit-out project
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site labour
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Conduct site inductions and maintain health & safety compliance
- Liaise with the client, project managers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS Manager Card
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to drive productivity and maintain site standards
- Right to work in the UK
