Site Supervisor required immediately to oversee a large social Housing Void Contract in Coalville
Managing a section of void works on low rise occupied housing, the ideal candidate will be monitoring a K&B Programme on behalf of the client, work will consist of upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms and general refurb works
The ideal candidate would be from a decent homes background or similar and be able to work well under pressure and within occupied housing, having void experience would be an advantage, this is an opportunity to go temp-perm for the right individual
SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid and CSCS card required
