Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum (DOE)

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join their dynamic team! They work at the forefront of fit out and construction, managing entire projects from concept to completion, ensuring that each client receives a first-class experience.

Their team of designers, fit-out pros, and furniture experts work together with architects to bring each vision to life, and now they're looking for someone who can help drive their success by supporting both the sales process and our clients with confidence and care.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Guiding Clients: Assist clients at every stage of their project, answering queries and ensuring smooth communication. You'll be their go-to person when it comes to orders, shipping, and resolving any concerns.

- Sales Operations: Process, track, and manage orders efficiently, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

- Lead Generation: Help them grow by identifying potential clients and maintaining up-to-date sales databases.

- Contractual Support: Assist clients in understanding contracts, explaining procedures for changes, and guiding them through the project management process when they need a reliable contractor to step in.

What We Need from You:

- Experience in Government Funded Projects: You'll have worked with clients such as the NHS or MOD before, giving you a solid understanding of how these projects operate.

- Office Fit-Out Knowledge: You know the world of office fit-outs inside out and have experience navigating the intricacies of this field.

- A Collaborative Spirit: You believe in teamwork and understand that collaboration is at the heart of successful project execution.
