A luxury nursing home in Glasgow currently has an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Clinical Lead to join their clinical team, with a full-time, permanent contract available.

Details of this Nursing Clinical Lead position and what the successful candidate will receive:

• 43.75 hours per week on a permanent basis
• Excellent hourly rate of £24.50 per hour, equivalent to £55,737.50 per annum

In this Nursing Clinical Lead role, you will create, manage and monitor care plans and medication records, in addition to managing staffing rotas and leading and developing the care and nursing teams.

What our client is looking for in a Nursing Clinical Lead:

• NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
• Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, increasing profitability without compromising on care
• Able to lead, develop and inspire both clinical and non-clinical teams
